Bel Global Resources Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in three segments: Mineral Resources, Apparel, and Corporate and others segment. Its Mineral Resources segment is engaged in the trading of mineral resources. Its Apparel segment is engaged in the trading of tanned leather and fur pelts, manufacture and sale of leather garments, fur garments and fabric garments. The Corporate and others segment consists of corporate income and expense items, and the trading of other products. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Par Excellence Investment Limited, Honour Max Trading Limited, Bel Nickel Resources Limited, Peking Fur Factory (Hong Kong) Limited and Gangjing Fur & Leather (Shenzhen) Factory Ltd.

Bel Global Resources Holdings Limited was listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 7 March 1997 (Stock Code: 761). Bel Global Resources together with its subsidiaries, collectively known as the "Group", is headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in China as well as in Indonesia.
