PetroAsian Energy Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company operates in four segments: paints, blended solvents, chemical materials and plastic colorants; service contract; crude oil, and property investments. The paints, blended solvents, chemical materials and plastic colorants segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of paints, blended solvents and plastic colorants and trading of chemical materials. The service contract segment is engaged in provision of painting services. The crude oil segment is engaged in exploitation and sale of crude oil. The property investments segment is engaged in lease of investment properties and the sales of properties held for trading. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), the Company acquired 37.55% interest in Mobile Telecom Network (Holdings) Limited (Mobile Telecom), and it also acquired a coal trading license. During fiscal 2011, it disposed 49% interest in Easyrich Group Holdings Limited.
