Strong Petrochemical Holdings Limited (Strong Petrochemicals) is an investment holding company. The Company along with its subsidiaries is engaged in trading of oil products. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), approximately 90% of the Company鈥檚 revenue was generated from trading of crude oil and the remaining 10% revenue was generated from trading of petroleum products and petrochemical products. The Company extends its business to petroleum and petrochemical product storage operation. The Company鈥檚 operations are conducted in the Hong Kong and Macao. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Keen Star Holdings Limited, which is engaged in investment holding activities; Strong Petrochemical Limited, which is engaged in trading of petroleum products, crude oil and petrochemical products; Charming Energy Holdings Limited; Teamskill Investments Limited and Smart Team Investments Limited, among others.
