It operates in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Titan Oil (Asia) Ltd., Titan FSU Investment Limited, Titan Oil Storage Investment Limited, Titan Oil Trading (Asia) Limited, Titan Bunkering Investment Limited, Harbour Sky Investments Limited and Titan Shipyard Holdings Limited.
