Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in trading of crude oil, petroleum and petrochemical products and the operating of a crude oil jetty and its ancillary facilities. The Company operates in two segments. Trading of crude oil, petroleum and petrochemical products segment, which trades crude oil, processes and trades petroleum and trades petrochemical products and as of December 31, 2010, the majority of the trading activities were carried out in Hong Kong. Crude oil jetty services segment, which provides crude oil transportation, unloading, storage and other jetty services for oil tankers and as of December 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 activities in this segment were carried out in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company's subsidiaries include Huade Petrochemical Company Limited, Sinomart KTS Development Limited and Kantons International Investment Limited.
