The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the operation of motoring schools, tunnels and an electronic toll collection system, and investment. It operates in five segments: motoring school operations, which invests in a subsidiary, which operates three driver training centers; tunnel operations, which invests in associates, which operate the Western Harbour Tunnel and Tate鈥檚 Cairn Tunnel franchises and manages the Hunghom Cross-Harbour Tunnel for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR); electronic toll operations, which invests in a jointly controlled entity, which operates an electronic toll collection system and provision of telematics services; treasury segment, which operates investing and financing activities and receives dividend income and interest income, and other, which mainly operates leasing of fixed assets.
