Great Harvest Maeta Group Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The principal business of the Group is chartering out of the Group鈥檚 own dry bulk vessels. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries are engaged in marine transportation services and agency services. As of march 31, 2011, the Company鈥檚 fleet consisted of four Panamax dry bulk vessels registered under the Company鈥檚 name and one capsize dry bulk vessel, with an aggregate carrying capacity of about 418,230 deadweight tonnage. As of march 31, 2011, the Company鈥檚 subsidiaries included Bryance Group Limited, Great Ocean Shipping Limited, Greater Shipping Co., Ltd., Joy Ocean Shipping Limited, Way Ocean Shipping Limited and Prosperity Plus Enterprises Limited. In November 2010, the Company acquired a Panamax dry bulk vessel.
