Lai Fung Holdings Limited (Lai Fung) is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in investment and development of serviced apartments, residential, office and commercial properties in Chian. The Company operates in two business segments: property development, which is engaged in the development of properties in Mainland China for sale, and property investment, which invests in serviced apartments, as well as commercial and office buildings in Mainland China for their rental income. As of July 31, 2010, it had property projects in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Zhongshan. As of July 31, 2010, the Company鈥檚 main properties included Shanghai Hong Kong Plaza, Shanghai Regents Park Phase II, Shanghai May Flower Plaza, Guangzhou Jinshazhou Project, Guangzhou Eastern Place Phase V, Guangzhou May Flower Plaza, Guangzhou West Point and Zhongshan Palm Springs. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Canvex Limited, Eternal Medal Limited and Fore Bright Limited.
