The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Grand Field Group Holdings (BVI) Limited, Grand Field Group Investments (BVI) Limited, Grand Field Group Limited, Grand Field Property Development (Shenzhen) Company Limited, Ka Fong Industrial Company Limited, Kwan Cheung Holdings Limited, Shing Fat Hong Limited, Grand Field New Energy Company Limited, Metro China Investment Limited and China Max Group Limited. On July 16, 2009, the Company acquired 100% interest in Sharp Gain Limited.
