Beijing Capital Land Ltd. (BCL) is engaged in property development and hotel investment and operation. The subsidiaries of the Company are engaged in real estate development and investment in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. In January 2010, the Company disposed of its interest in Beijing Arkgarden Real Estate Development Company Limited. In February 2010, the Company acquired Fangshan Changyang Town Project and two residential integrated projects located at Foshan in Guangdong and Huzhou in Zhejiang. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company acquired 45% interest in Beijing Anshunyuan Real Estate Development Company Limited. During 2010, BCL acquired additional 22% interest in Beijing Shangyi Real Estate Development Company Limited. In June 2010, it purchased 20% interest in Nice Grace Group Limited. In September 2010, the Company purchased 30% interest of Hainan Dalecheng Real Estate Development Holding Limited (Dalecheng).
