Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company's subsidiaries are engaged in property development and property investment in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. It focuses on developing mid-to-high end residential properties, high-end office premises, retail space, serviced apartments and hotels. It has three segments: property development, investment property and other. As of December 31, 2010, it had over 48 development projects in various stages of development in various cities, and it held five investment properties and held several carparks for rental service, of which two are located in Shanghai. Other operations include property management services, hotel operation, property sales agency services and upfitting services. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Dalian JiYee Concrete Manufacture Company Limited; 70% interest in Sanya South Olympic Garden Company Limited, and 70% interest in Sanya South Olympic Garden Company Limand.
