The Company鈥檚 segment include Property development develops and sells residential properties and shops within the shopping arcades; Property leasing leases shopping arcades and club houses to generate rental income and to gain from the appreciation in the properties鈥?values in the long-term; Hotel operations operates hotels to provide hotel services to general public, and Property management and related services provides property management and related services to purchasers and tenants of the Group鈥檚 own developed residential properties and shopping arcades.
