New City (China) Development Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in property development and investment in the People's Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include NR (BVI) Holdings Limited, New Rank Services Limited, New Rank (BVI 2) Limited, Team Success Management Limited, Tong Sun Limited and Beijing Zhong Zheng Real Estate Development Company Limited. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, the Company did not generate any revenue from its principal activity.
