Franshion Properties (China) Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, it is engaged in the development of and investment in real estate projects, focusing on commercial property development, hotel operations and property leasing. It has four segments. The Property Development segment develops and sells properties. The Property Leasing segment leases office and commercial premises. The Hotel Operations segment provides hotel accommodation services. The Others segment comprises the provision of property management, design and decoration services, the operation of an observation deck, the trading of goods and the provision of export agency services. On September 3, 2010, it acquired a 50% interest in Shanghai Yin Hui Property Development Company Limited. As of December 31, 2010, its completed projects included Beijing Chemsunny World Trade Centre, Block No.1 of Shanghai Port International Cruise Terminal, Zhuhai Every Garden, Sinochem Tower and Jin Mao Tower.
