In July 2010, it acquired two land parcels in South District of Changchun New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone. In August 2010, it acquired a land parcel in Mengcheng Road in Hefei. In October 2010, the Company acquired a land parcel in Qunli New District in Harbin. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired Shanghai Jinhao Property Development Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Jinhao), Shanghai Rongxiang Property Development Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Rongxiang) and Dailian Runjing.
