In September 2009, the Company acquired 30% interest in Tianjin New World Properties Development Co., Ltd. In November 2009, the Company acquired 40% interest in Guangzhou Jixian Zhuang New World City Garden Development Limited. In December 2009, the Company acquired 52.5% interest in Shanghai Trio Property Development Co., Ltd. In March 2010, the Company acquired 40% interest in Tianjin New World Housing Development Co., Limited. In March 2010, the Company acquired 40% interest in Guangzhou Fong Chuen - New World Property Development Co., Ltd.
