Wing Tai Properties Limited, formerly USI Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, it is engaged in property development, property investment and management, hospitality investment and management, garment manufacturing, branded products distribution and investing activities. Winsor Properties Holdings Limited is its investment holding arm of Hong Kong commercial, industrial and retail properties. As of December 31, 2010, its portfolio of investment properties, comprised 1.5 million square feet of Grade-A office buildings and 1.3 million square feet of industrial buildings in the urban area of Kowloon. As of December 31, 2010, both Lanson Place Jinlin Tiandi Residences in Shanghai and Lanson Place Central Park Residences in Beijing recorded occupancy rates of over 90%. In September 2010, it disposed of People's Republic of China Shenyang residential developments. In December 2010, it established a 50/50 joint venture with Nan Fung Group.
