Great Eagle Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company鈥檚 segments include property investment, which includes rental income and building management service income from leasing of furnished apartments and properties held for investment potential; hotel operation, which includes hotels accommodation, food and banquet operations; income from Champion REIT, which includes dividend income from Champion REIT, management service income for acting as the manager of Champion REIT and provision of property management service to Champion REIT, and other operations, which includes sales of building materials, restaurant operation, fitness centre operation, investment in securities, provision of property management, maintenance, property agency and insurance agency services. As of December 31, 2010, it had a 51.43% interest in Champion Real Estate Investment Trust. As of December 31, 2010, it acquired a 33.33% interest in Magic Garden Investments Limited.
