China Outdoor Media Group Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company is organized into two main business segments: media and advertising, which includes provision of media and advertising services in the People鈥檚 Republic of China, and media related, which includes provision of media related services. Its operations are located in Hong Kong and elsewhere in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Konmate Investments Limited, which is engaged in investment holding; Noble City (Asia) Limited, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management service; China New Media, which is engaged in investment holding, and Shanghai Win Advertising Media Co., Ltd., which is engaged in provision of outdoor media advertising services. On September 30, 2009, China New Media Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, discontinued 4% interests of iKanTV Limited. On July 22, 2010, the Company acquired GMG Media Group Limited (GMG Media).
