Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited (Shenzhou International) is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacture and sale of knitwear products. Its subsidiaries include Ningbo Shenzhou Knitting Co., Ltd., Ningbo Shixing Knitwear Printing Co., Ltd., Ningbo Lele Printing Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yongmian Fashion Garment Co., Ltd., Ningbo Shendie Fashion Co., Ltd., Shenzhou Cambodia, Ningbo Daqian Knitting Co., Ltd., Ningbo Linlin Knitting Co., Ltd., Tuton Textile (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhou Knitting (Anhui) Co., Ltd., Shenzhou Knitting (Quzhou) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Maxwin Garments Co., Ltd., Daqian Import & Export, Shenzhou Trading, Top Always (Hong Kong) Investments Limited, Ningbo Hengzhi Clothing Detection Co., Ltd., Ningbo Chuangyi Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhou (Japan). In May 2010, the Group acquired a 100% equity interest of Shanghai Qungong Investment Management Co., Ltd (Shanghai Qungong) from an independent third party.

Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited (“Shenzhou International”) and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) represent the largest vertically integrated knitwear manufacturer in China. The Group is principally engaged in the manufacture of high-end knitwear on an OEM basis. The Group was also
the largest exporter of knitwear and the largest PRC textile supplier to Japan according to the 2004 report on the development of China’s textile industry and the 2004 annual report on China’s international trade in textiles and clothing. According to the China Knitting Industry Association,the Group ranked first in terms of profit before taxation and second in terms of sales among China’s knitwear manufacturers in 2004.

The shares of Shenzhou International have been listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 24 November 2005.
