New Environmental Energy Holdings Limited, formerly known as Hembly International Holdings Limited, is engaged in manufacturing and selling of apparel and accessories. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company diversified its business into the investment, engineering, procurement of equipment, operation and maintenance of waste treatment and waste-to-energy plants in the People鈥檚 Republic of China through the acquisition of a subsidiary in December 2009. The Company was also engaged in the distribution and retailing of apparel and footwear. On October 30, 2009, the Company disposed its distribution and retailing of apparel and footwear operations. On December 11, 2009, the Company acquired Smartview Investment Holdings Ltd.
