Birmingham International Holdings Limited, formerly Grandtop International Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company has four business segments: professional football operation; apparel sourcing and trading; entertainment and media services, and investment holding. The Company through its subsidiary Birmingham City Plc (BCP) is engaged in professional football club operation in the United Kingdom. The revenue of professional football club operations include match receipts, broadcasting and commercial income. As of June 30, 2010, the Company acquired 96.58% interest of BCP. On July 20, 2009, the Company disposed of its subsidiaries, Fanlink Far East Limited and Sun Ace Group Limited, which are engaged in the apparel sourcing and trading. Its subsidiaries include Blue Noses Limited, Birmingham (China) Limited, Birmingham (China) Development Limited and Leader Ahead Investments Ltd.

The Company engages in investment holdings. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are engaged in provision of entertainment - related services, provision of apparel sourcing, sportswear & apparel trading and investment holding.
