Lifestyle International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is retail operator that specializes in the operation of mid to upper-end department stores through its two retailer brand names, SOGO and Jiuguang, in Hong Kong and the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company owns two SOGO stores in Hong Kong, including a store in Causeway Bay (SOGO CWB), a department store in Hong Kong, as well as the Tsim Sha Tsui store, which focuses on younger group of customers. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are the operation of lifestyle department stores and other retailing format, and property development and property holding. In December 2010, the Company opened a shopping mall in the People鈥檚 Republic of China, Tianjin Lifestyle Plaza.
