Jiahua Stores Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries are engaged in the management of retail stores and wholesale of consumables in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. As at December 31, 2009, the Company had 14 outlets under its direct operation with a total gross sales floor area of about 196,000 square meters. These outlets were mainly located in Shenzhen, Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta region. With the opening of the Shuyuan Yage Store in Baoan, Shenzhen, the Company鈥檚 total number of outlets of reached 16, with a total gross sales floor areas of about 200,000 square meters.
