Cafe de Coral Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the operation of quick service restaurants (QSR), fast casual dining, institutional catering and specialty restaurant chains, and the food processing and distribution business. As of June 29, 2011, its total number of operating units were 577, which included 159 North American QSR, 203 Hong Kong QSR, 87 China and Overseas QSR, 88 Institutional Catering and 40 Specialty Restaurants. Its specialty restaurants include the Spaghetti House, Bravo le Cafe, Super Super Congee and Noodles, Bistro M and Ah Yee Leng Tong, as well as institutional catering business under the trade name of Asia Pacific Catering. In August of 2010, it acquired MIX. On August 20, 2010, the Company acquired 100% interest in Global Force Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 2011 , it disposed its associate company, Skybest International Investment Enterprise Limited.
