China Financial Leasing Group Limited (CFLG) is an investment company focusing on the financial leasing market in China. The Company is principally engaged in short to medium term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of investments in listed securities in Hong Kong, and overseas on a general perspective. It also focuses on the investment in the financial leasing business in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company has two segments: investment in listed securities with revenue of dividend income received for the securities and provision of loan financing with revenue of interest income recognized. The subsidiaries of the Company include China Financial Leasing Group (B.V.I) Limited and China Financial Leasing Group (Hong Kong) Limited.
