ITC Corporation Limited is an investment holding company. It is engaged in investment holding, the provision of finance, property investment and treasury investment. It operates in four business segments: finance, which consists of loan financing services; long-term investment, which includes investments in investments, such as convertible notes issued by the associates; other investment, which includes investments in available-for-sale investments, derivatives and trading of securities, and others, which consists of leasing of investment properties, leasing of motor vehicles and management services. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010, it had interests, directly or indirectly, in a number of companies listed in Hong Kong, Canada, United States, Australia and Germany. Its subsidiaries include: All Combine Investments Limited, ITC Management Group Limited, and ITC Finance Limited. In October 2010, it announced that it has sold its remaining shares in Bathurst Resources Limited.
