Yugang International Limited is engaged in treasury investment, property investment and trading of scrap metals and other materials. It operates in three segments: treasury investment, property and infrastructure investment, and Others. The treasury investment segment trades and holds debt and equity securities, receives interest and dividend income from the relevant securities investments and interest income from the provision of financing services. The property and infrastructure investment segment invests in properties for rental income and/or for capital appreciation potential, and invests in an associate, which holds two tunnels in Hong Kong generating toll revenue. The property investment activities of the segment are carried out by Y. T. Realty Group Limited (Y.T. Realty), an associate of the Company. The Others segment consists of the trading of scrap metals and other materials, and other investments.
