KEE Holdings Company Limited is investment holding company. The Company is engaged in providing zipper products and zipper-based solutions for customers. Its subsidiaries include KEE Zippers Corporation Limited (KEE Zippers), KEE (Guangdong) Garment Accessories Limited (KEE Guangdong) and KEE (Zhejiang) Garment Accessories Limited (KEE Zhejiang). The principal business activities of KEE Zippers are investment holdings and the sale of the Company's products. KEE Guangdong operates on a piece of land of approximately 26,976.6 square meters. KEE Zhejiang operates on a piece of land of approximately 32,241.3 square meters. It is the Company鈥檚 production base in the eastern China region and is focused on serving its customers in the eastern China region, as well as the middle and Northern provinces of China. On April 1, 2010, the Company installed and operated the systems applications and products (SAP) system in its Guangdong Plant.
