The Company鈥檚 business operations include tinplate cans packaging business and lacquering and printing business. The Company鈥檚 major subsidiaries include Bloxworth Enterprises Limited and Chinawinner Enterprises Limited, which are engaged in investment holding. As of December 31, 2009, Rich Victory Development Limited, Bloxworth Enterprises (HK) Limited and Chinawinner Enterprises (HK) Limited, its wholly owned subsidiaries, were inactive. On October 5, 2009, Bloxworth Enterprises (HK) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, was placed into creditor鈥檚 voluntary liquidation.
