Jiwa Bio-Pharm Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the research, manufacturing and trading of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. It operates in four segments: pharmaceutical products segment is engaged in manufacturing and sale of pharmaceutical products; trading pharmaceutical and health care products segment is engaged in trading of pharmaceutical and health care products; Distributions segment is engaged in distribution of pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical bulk materials segment, which is engaged in manufacturing and sale of pharmaceutical bulk materials. The Company鈥檚 products consist of anti-infectious, gastro-intestinal, musculo-skeletal and cerebro-cardiovascular. As of March 31, 2010, the Company had 33 products among, which 28 are included in the catalogue of drugs for basic National Medical Insurance, Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance.
