Asia Resources Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of pharmaceutical products in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. On June 3, 2009, the Company acquired Tian Sheng Resources Development Limited. The primary asset of Tian Sheng is the entire interest in a Mongolia subsidiary, Khuderbold LLC, which is principally engaged in conducting mining work for iron resources in Mongolia. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include China Value Assets Limited, Merit Development Limited, Bestime Systems Limited, Infinite Nature Limited, Man Lee Management Limited, Silver Epoch Investments Limited and Bright Central Investments Limited.
