Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. It operates in three segment: production and sale of Chinese and pharmaceutical and health food products, production and sale of Western pharmaceutical and health food products, and production and sale of bottled birds鈥?nest drinks and herbal essence products. Its Chinese medicinal products are sold under the brand name of Wai Yuen Tong. Its Western pharmaceutical and health food products under the brand name of Madame Pearl鈥檚 and Pearl鈥檚. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company鈥檚 subsidiary included Total Smart Investments Limited. As of March 31, 2010, it owned 49% interest in LeRoi Holdings Limited (LeRoi). On July 31, 2009, it acquired an additional 49.9% interest in Lucky Planning Limited (Lucky Planning).
