Its subsidiaries include Shenzhen International Total Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Xin Tong Chan Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Nanjing UT Logistics Co., Ltd.and Shenzhen EDI Co., Ltd.
