Pearl Oriental Innovation Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in processing and sales of recycling materials. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it commenced its operation in oil and gas business by engaging in natural gas and petroleum exploration, exploitation and production in the area located in Utah, the United States. The Company holds 100% exploitation interest of Utah Gas and Oil Field project in the United States. The Utah Gas and Oil Field is located in the production area of Uinta Basin. It covers an area of around 3,692 acres. The Company owns 60% interest of the recycled plastic resources business. On June 21, 2010, the Company acquired the 100% interest in Festive Oasis Limited (Oasis) and its subsidiaries, Shiny One Limited and Shiny One, USA, LLC. On November 18, 2010, the Company disposed PO (SZ) Logistics Limited (PO (SZ)) and its subsidiary, Pearl Oriental Logistics (Shenzhen) Ltd (POL(SZ)).
