International Entertainment Corporation is an investment holding company. The activities of the Company are hotel operations, and leasing of properties for casino and ancillary leisure and entertainment operations. The Company operates in two segments: Hotel and Leasing. Hotel business includes operations of hotel business. Leasing segment include leasing of investment properties equipped with entertainment equipment. On March 19, 2010, the Company discontinued the entertainment business carrying the production and licensing of theatrical motion pictures in a range of genres and investments in production of television series, music concerts and sales of music records. On November 5, 2010, the Company sold wholly owned subsidiary Fortune Gate Overseas Limited.
