Orange Sky Golden Harvest Entertainment (Holdings) Limited is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company consists of worldwide film and video distribution, film exhibition in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Singapore and films and television programmes production, provision of advertising and consulting services in Mainland China. The Company has three segments: the film and video distribution segment, the film exhibition segment and the others segment. The film and video distribution segment engages in worldwide distribution of films and audio visual products related to films and television programmes. On October 30, 2009, the Company acquired 100% equity interest in Beijing Chengtian Zhihong and the business relating to Chinese-language films and television programmes, production, investment, marketing and advertising and/or distribution business from Orange Sky Entertainment Group (International) Holding Company Limited.
