G-Resources Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in gold and related metals mining business. It operates in four segments: provision of financial information services; trading of electronic goods and accessories; securities trading, and mining business. The Company鈥檚 Martabe gold and silver project is located in North Sumatra, Indonesia. The Company acquired the Martabe Project in July 3, 2009. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company completed 167 drill holes for a total of 28,175 meters of resource definition and exploration drilling at Martabe with activities focused on the Ramba Joring, Pit 1 and Barani deposits. On July 3, 2009, the Company acquired 100% of Maxter Investments Limited and its subsidiaries, G-Resources Martabe Pty Limited, Agincourt Resources (Singapore) Pte Limited, and PT Agincourt Resources. In August 2009, the Company disposed of its entire investment in Sino Union Energy Investment Group Limited.
