Real Gold Mining Limited (Real Gold) is an investment holding company engaged in the exploration, mining and processing of gold ore and sale of concentrates in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. It has three operating mines in the Nantaizi, Shirengou and Luotuochang in Inner Mongolia, the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The Company鈥檚 segments include ore processing plant in Nantaizi, which includes the mining and ore processing activities in respect of the mines in Nantaizi and Shirengou; ore processing plant in Luotuochang, which includes the mining and ore processing activities in respect of the mine in Luotuochang, and exploration of gold mines, which includes the exploration activities in various places. In April 2010, the Company acquired Jinshi Mining. In June 2010, Real Gold acquired Great Future Investments Limited and Yuanyi Mining.
