Kema Yinxiang Industries Limited, a 50%-owned, jointly-controlled entity of the Company, is a construction material supplier, specialized in providing bathroom solutions to customers. In March 2010, the Company completed its investment in a 49% interest in Guoyang Tiantai Investment Limited.
