Trading of investments segment purchases and sells securities and provision of securities services. Provision of financial services segment is engaged in the provision of loan financing services Property investment segment is engaged in holding properties for rental and capital appreciation. Investment holding segment is engaged in holding investments for dividend and investment income and capital appreciation. On August 7, 2009, the Company鈥檚 indirect wholly owned subsidiary acquired 50% issued share capital of Best Purpose Limited.
