The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in securities, futures and insurance brokerage, and margin financing. Its subsidiaries include Fortune (HK) Securities Limited, Hong Tong Hai Consultants Limited, Hong Tong Hai Logistics Limited, Jetcom Limited and Sinogear Enterprises Limited. On January 31, 2010, the Company disposed of its two operating divisions, which were engaged in electrical engineering contracting and sale of electrical goods. On January 31, 2010, the Company disposed of its 100% interests of Yew Sang Hong (BVI) Limited and its subsidiaries (YSH Group). During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company acquired an 49% additional interest in Excalibur Securities Limited (ESL) and Excalibur Futures Limited (EFL).
