Minmetals Resources Limited is an upstream diversified base metals company. The Company is mining, processing and production of zinc, copper, lead, gold and silver; exploration for mineralization and development of mining projects; trading of non-ferrous metals; production of alumina, and manufacturing and distribution of aluminum and copper products. The Company operates in seven segments: Trading, Fabrication, Century mine, Sepon mines, Golden Grove mine, Rosebery mine and Other Operations. The Company also offers port logistics services and participates in other industrial operations. On December 31, 2010, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary All Glorious Limited (All Glorious), acquired Album Resources Private Limited (Album Resources), the holding company of Minerals and Metals Group, from Album Enterprises Limited (Album Enterprises), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Minmetals Non-Ferrous Metals Company Limited.
