China Nickel Resources Holdings Co., Ltd. is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of nickel resources products in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. It is also engaged in trading of iron ore. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Infonics, Yongtong Metallurgy Engineering Technology Company Limited, S.E.A.M., Group Rise, CNR Group Holdings, PT Mandan, Yongtong Special Steel, Yongan Special Steel, Yongtong Alloy Metals, Xiangtong Electricity, Yongtong Nickel, East Harvest Minerals and East Harvest Mining. On October 28, 2009, the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lianyungang East Harvest Minerals Company Limited, acquired 100% interest in Lianyungang Yinlijia Enterprise Company Limited (YLJ).
