It has manufacturing plants in Hebei Province and Guangdong Province of the People鈥檚 Republic of China and sells mainly to customers located in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired 10% interests in Tangshan Caofeidian Mining Port Limited. During 2010, it purchased a piece of land located in Tangshan city, Hebei Province, as a property development project.
