China Gogreen Assets Investment Limited (China Gogreen) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the development, production and sale of silicon based thin-film solar photovoltaic modules; and assets investment. It operates in two segments: assets investment and green energy. The assets investment segment is engaged in investment in listed and unlisted securities and investment properties. The Green energy segment is engaged in production of silicon based thin-film solar photovoltaic modules. On January 11, 2010, the Company acquired 100% interest in Talent Link Holdings Limited and its subsidiary (Talent Link Group). On May 1, 2010, the Company disposed of its entire interest in Nicefit Limited. On August 18, 2010, the Company disposed of its entire interest in Island Kingdom Company Limited. On November 1, 2010, the Company disposed of its entire interest in Town Health Medical Technology (China) Company Limited.
