The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Wuhan Grand Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited and Wuhan Wuyao Pharmaceutical Company Limited. On July 17, 2008, the Company disposed of Bright Strong Profits Limited. On July 16, 2009, the Company acquired Best Forward Group Limited.
