Deson Development International Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are engaged in the construction business, as a main contractor, as well as the provision of contracting intelligent building engineering, and electrical and mechanical engineering services, mainly in Hong Kong and Mainland China; property development and investment, and trading of medical equipments, provision of related installation and maintenance services. It has three segments: the construction business segment, the property development and investment business segment and the others segment comprises, principally, trading of medical equipment and provision of related installation and maintenance services. On January 27, 2010, the Company acquired Mellink Holdings Limited, which is an investment holding company. It has completed projects, such as fitting out works for a residential house at Pollock鈥檚 Path, and air-conditioning and electrical works for Ocean Park redevelopment project.
