Chun Wo Development Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are principally engaged in civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, foundation and building construction work, property development, property investment and professional services. It has five segments: Construction work, which involves provision of civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, foundation and building construction work; Property development, which involves sale of properties; Property investment involves leasing of properties; Professional services, which include provision of security and property management services, and other activities including trading of securities. On March 16, 2010, Chun Wo China Construction Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired remaining 62% interest in the Mandarin Group Limited.
