The Company has four geographical segments: North America includes projects in the United States and Canada; Greater China includes projects in the People Republic of China (PRC), Hong Kong and Macau; Asia includes projects in Japan, Singapore and the United Arabs of Emirates, and others include maintenance projects in all segments and projects in other countries. The Company鈥檚 customers are developers and main contractors of property developments globally. Its projects include Burj Khalifa, Cosmopolitan Resort Hotel & Casino, Costanera Center, Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Shanghai IFC, Trump International Hotel & Tower and Venetian Macao Resort Hotel. On July 15, 2011, the Company acquired 55% of Red Holdings Group, Inc.
